Background
What do feed dealers, sales reps and cattle producers need most from N.T.? Support. He might be in the office developing training materials for dealers and sales reps to help them make sound cattle feed recommendations to customers. Or he might be out on the farm working with a producer to develop a replacement heifer program.
But, his favorite support role is training new sales team members. He lives to see his teammates gain confidence and satisfaction when they help a customer.
N.T. earned his bachelor’s degree in animal science and his master’s in meat science from the University of Florida before getting his Ph.D. in ruminant nutrition from Colorado State University.
