Christina is a self-proclaimed meat geek. She combines her love of meat science with a knack for troubleshooting. The result? Christina is a multi-tasking machine who helps keep everyone in the know about all things cattle product related. From talking product research, nutrition and availability to developing product pages, solving plant challenges and training salespeople, she’s the woman with product and program know-how.
Christina earned her master’s degree and Ph.D. in animal science from North Dakota State University.
